- How can I place an order with Bentcil®?
- Bentcil works only through authorized distributors. If you are not a promotional products distributor, please do a web search for promotional products distributors in your area, or check in your local yellow pages. If you are a member of ASI or PPAI, please call our office to place your order.
- I am a promotional products distributor. Why should I apply for a password?
- There are several reasons to apply:
- Track your order online
- Know when your order is scheduled to ship
- Know when your product has been shipped
- View invoice info
- Track shipping information
- View artwork guidelines and upload artwork
- Request samples and catalogs
- View a show calendar
- Estimate the shipping cost of your order
- Submit an on-line order form
- What is normal production time?
- Normal production time is five working days after art approval. For faster production times, see our new Rush Service options.
- Is there a less than minimum charge?
- There is a $25(v) less than minimum charge on most items for orders less than 250 pieces (100 per shape, per color).
- What is the best way to send artwork?
- Email or web upload are usually best. We have a detailed page on artwork and accepted formats in the Distributors section of our site.
- Why do you have set-up charges? (no set-up charges for magnets)
- For most products, we must make a screen and/or plate. The set-up charge covers the cost of the materials and time that go into making the plate or screen. We do not charge for minor art touch up, so camera-ready art does not eliminate any of the set-up charge. There are no set-up charges for exact repeat orders or magnets.
